Plastic Surgery - John Fasano MD
I had breast implants about 4 years ago. I guess I am the 10% that have lost all the sensation in my nipples but they are numb and hurt if that makes any sence. I can feel them move inside. They are full and very natural looking but heavy and I still feel I need a lift. I have small shoulders with a thick waist and just wanted them full and up. I am a 43DDD or 36DD and cant find clothes because I need a small shirt but cant get a small around my breast but the biggest problem is the numbness and pain. If I have them done again smaller with a lift is there a chance that will go away are is it permanent

Associated Coastal ENT - Christopher Slack
Hello. Thanks for this service. I had rhinoplasty in 1987. This "famed" doctor in Philadelphia (now deceased) left a scooped out place in the bridge of the nose. When I went back for the final visit, he injected silicone. This has since shrunken gradually. I don't want more surgery, but feel there must be something newer and safer than silicone and something more permanent. What is your opinion? Thank you for your time.

Dear Dr. Slack, My husband had all of his upper teeth pulled within a 3 week period- the Dentist just pulled the teeth - no flap overs- and made him temp dentures right away- whicj he stated to use - but has had to go back severa times to get them adjusted- now keep in mind these are the same tht he stared with- they just keep adding stuff to the denture- well within- 6 to 7 months of this - all of a sudden certain tones actually cause him pain that rins from with-in the ear to his brain like a schocks-as he explains- and then he is sore for the rest of the fay - he takes Motrin 600 for it- He was dx'd with TMJ and hypersensitive hearing. He had sx with Dr. Colgan in Vero Beach 5 months ago- and he states some of the pressure had released but he has a very sore spot right by his R upper manible that if even presed causes pain- Dr Colgan stated that he flushed his sinovil fluilds and cleaned up in there- but said tht everything loked ok. So now hubby goes to Mayo Clinic to see if they can figure out why certain tones caseu him sharp pains in his head- he even ahs to wear ear muffs and plugs on a daily basis. SOUND IS EVERYWHERE. So after all this back ground info my question is: What type of Doctor should we see about this- He is in agony everyday- he does not report tinitis in either ear- and both ear drums appear to be ok- per Dr. Colgans report. I sure would appreciate some direction- Because so far NO ENT has heard of this- he has seen 3 already- 1 Maxofacial Oral Surgeon. 3 Dr's of Audiology- which those reports do show hypersensitivity- but I beleive that they ar emore geared for hearing loss not GAIN. Thank You in advance for any direction you can offer. Sincerely, Mrs Doreen Patnode

Podiatry - Drs Perrone and Goggin
I have what I believe is Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot/heel for about the last month and 1/2 now. I have been home treating with ice, motrin and a host of stretching exercises but does not seem to be helping. At times very painful. Wearing flats and going barefoot is out of the question. Wearing tennis shoes is ok and wearing heels or wedge shoes I can almost walk normal with no pain. My question is what type of physician treats this? Podiatrist, Orthopaedist or Chiropracter? And what are my next treatment steps? Thanks!

I am trying to install a HP 6500 Wireless printer. The installation fails and get a message that says " the pc and printer are not on the same network. They must be on the same network. This can happen when a nearby network is using the same manufacturers name (SSID)." I assume that means the router so I have opened the router and changed the SSID 3 times. I have used every combination of IP addresses I can think of to no avail. Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks Charles Hicks
